Entertaining at home is something that makes me happy and that I really will enjoy doing more often once Thomas and I have a bigger home. When I came across this cookbook-I couldn’t wait to buy it and try a few of the recipes. This cookbook is very special-it’s like no other that I have ever seen. Reading the stories behind each recipe gave me the chills and brought tears to my eyes…especially when I came across recipes from Bosnia and Herzegovina ( a place dear to my heart since my visit a few years ago). Share: The Cookbook That Celebrates Humanity was created to bring together the one thing that unites us all…food! No matter where you live or what your experiences are, we can all agree that food brings us together. The cookbook features 14 recipes by women from eight different countries where Women For Women International operates (100% of the proceeds directly support Women for Women International)Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Sound Sudan, Nigeria, Rwanda, Afghanistan and Iraq. The remaining recipes in the book are by 20 international chefs, humanitarians and philanthropists.
I suggest you buy this cookbook…. make a meal then share it with people who inspire you to make this world a better place. Cheers!!
