The past two weeks have been so busy with NYFW showroom presentations and runway shows. At times it felt super overwhelming but in the midst of it all, I tried to take it all in and be thankful! Here is a quick recap of my week:
DAY 1: MORPHEW CONCEPT LUXURY VINTAGE PRESENTATION
Morphew Concept is an online luxury vintage retailer that sources their pieces from all over the world. Some pieces have even been scouted by designers and celebrities for runway inspirations. It was so much fun to browse through unique dresses from different decades that all had a story.
DAY 2:` HIGH TEA WITH ALTERRE
Alterre had the loveliest shoe presentation at the Lady Mendl’s Tea Salon! For those who don’t know who they are-Alterre is a woman owned business that designs shoes in NYC and produces them in Brazil. Their concept is smart and stylish-with Alterre you can turn one pair of shoes to a brand new pair by just changing the straps allowing for over 200 combinations. Not only do they help you save room and money by not needing to buy so many different shoes but Alterre is a mission-driven business that gives back 5% of the profits to Restore NY, a long term rehabilitation center for victims of sex-trafficking.
Day 3: LEANNE MARSHALL SS2017 RUNWAY SHOW
I have to admit that this was my favorite!! Not only was it my first runway show but I was able to sit front row (totally got goosebumps!! so exciting!!). The collection was stunning…feminine, ethereal and elegant. I’m obsessed with ruffles and there was so much of that in this show.

The Finale dress that I’m absolutely obsessed with!!
Yay!!! Love the recap! Awesome pics! Hopefully. . I will get to mine this week. ha. xo
