I love pasta….I mean who doesn’t, right?! The only problem is that I usually feel guilty because it’s all carbs and generally not much fiber. But I finally found one that was different. I want to introduce you to Kamut pasta; the healthiest pasta I’ve ever eaten. The kamut khorasan wheat is packed with nutrients like fiber, protein, magnesium and zinc and under the Kamut brand you can always count on it being organic. I’m obsessed with it and now look for the “Kamut” branded labels at my supermarket – if you want to learn more about the story behind the wheat and company, please read here.
